A MESSAGE FROM OUR PASTOR FR. RICK RE: WEEKDAY MASSES

Dear Friends.

We are happy to announce the start of weekday Masses for our church community of Blessed Frederic Ozanam parish.  They will take place three days a week (Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) starting Wednesday, March 16^TH, at 12:10pm at a Lutheran church called the Rhenish Church of Canada—located at 2667 Bur Oak Avenue, Markham, L6B 1H8.

As you know, since the start of the pandemic, we have not been able to celebrate weekday Masses at the high school, St. Brother Andre.  Before the pandemic, weekday Masses were celebrated there, in the chapel on the second floor.  And for awhile now we have been looking at several options for a space to celebrate weekday Mass—but this option at the Rhenish church is the least costly ($90.00 per week) and the most feasible at this point.   

Many thanks for all your prayers and support which has made this possible.  And many thanks to the good people at the Rhenish Church of Canada, particularly, Pastor Davin Tin, for accommodating us.  Each Wednesday the Mass will be offered in honour of Our Lady of Perpetual Help.
